Shipping Policy

  • All orders received by 12:00 pm PST are usually processed and shipped the same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12:00 pm PST are shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number.
  • Additional Shipping Limitation: Any Refusals of a package shipped via this shipping method may result in a 15 to 90 business day return transit time with the carrier and we will be unable to refund the account until the package is successfully returned to us. We are also not responsible if there is a delay by the carrier due to weather conditions or natural disasters. If you would like guarantee your package to arrive on time, please expedite your order with tracking number from your carrier.
  • Shipments to Military Addresses may take additional 18-45 days depending on the location.
  • We charge $10.99 per item for any International order via USPS FIRST CLASS ONLY.
  • Please allow 5-14 Business days for U.S. domestic shipping via USPS FIRST CLASS and 10-21 business days for International shipping via USPS FIRST CLASS ONLY.
  • Please contact us if you need faster shipping method. There will be extra charge.
  • Note: For all International orders, if you opt for USPS FIRST CLASS, please be advised that this service does not provide tracking services. If you want peace of mind that your package will arrive, please select a more secure method of shipping like express mail that does provide a tracking number.

Return Policy

  • We inspect every package that leaves our warehouse to make sure your package arrives safely. However, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
  • All return should be accompanied by an order confirmation number. Please email sales@lashoppingroom.com with the order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • For proper handling of a return, clearly mark the order confirmation number on the package, and please include the copy of the email from www.ledt-shirts.com.
  • Any return must be issued within 14 days since the date of purchase.
  • We will issue full refund (excluding any shipping charges) for defective or damaged merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of any returned items, unless it was our mistake.
  • There will be a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective.
  • All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to return items without the complete original packaging materials.
  • We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, www.ledt-shirts.com  strictly complies with all Health Code regulations. All sales of opened hosiery, body stocking, teddies, panties, wigs, underwear, and most swimwear, are final, and returns will not be accepted. Items that smell of perfume or smoke or have been exposed to pet hair, will also not be returned.
  • No returns on sales, specials, and reward zone items.
